Tresbri Development Corporation (TDC) is committed to addressing poverty in a sustainable manner by promoting intergenerational wealth building. By focusing on real estate and economic development, the organization recognizes the importance of creating long-term solutions that promote economic growth and stability in the communities it serves.

Tresbri Development is no ordinary real estate firm. A full-service real estate planning and development consulting firm founded in 1989 and incorporated in 1993, Tresbri primarily services the Mid-Atlantic Region. Tresbri also provides project based support to communities located throughout the United States. From family owned rural properties and farmland or your childhood hometown, we start where you are in the process. We consult and strategize with the client, local residents and key stakeholders to learn goals and objectives and the optimum way of providing assistance. In addition to supporting residents and stakeholders in overcoming many of the economic and social issues plagued by the community, Tresbri Professionals works hand-in- hand with the residents of the community throughout the planning and implementation process. Services provided by the Tresbri team are vertically integrated and designed to support the planning, implementation and development process. Services range from Site Assessment and Control; Preliminary Conceptual Layout and Design; Market Studies and Research; Site, Market and Financial Feasibility, Construction Administration to Settlement and Occupancy. The Tresbri team can also assist you with Proformas, Grant Writing and Loan Structuring and Packaging. Tresbri provides technical assistance and support in the area of community planning, organizing and implementation to non-profit community development organizations, faith-based groups; government and quasi-government entities and small private developers.
Today’s challenges faced by our communities include lack of affordable, accessible housing, inadequate income and undervalued properties. The latter of which are robbing families of billions of dollars that could be passed down to future generations putting an end to the perpetual cycle of poverty and many other social ills. Tresbri is committed to organizing and engaging residents and major stakeholders of the community and strengthening their commitment to economic development, reducing the violence, stopping the exodus of residents, and eliminating blight in neighborhoods thereby increasing the value of your real estate holdings. The housing affordability crisis is a national problem of which there is no silver bullet for solving. Tresbri works diligently with residents to attract more resources from federal, state and local levels to the communities in which they live.

As all projects are unique, TDC’s Project Teams consult and strategize with their clients to determine their goals and objectives. TDC takes a holistic approach to the community planning, implementation and development process with an emphasis on sustainability, economic development and empowering the local residents. While providing technical assistance to its clients, TDC collaborates with the community and its stakeholders to garner their insights as to the needs of the community and how they can best be met.
Throughout the planning and implementation process, Tresbri recognizes the individual talents and skills of residents in the community and the community at large to create new assets and opportunities that also take into consideration the critical social needs of the community. Due to Tresbri’s focus and commitment to communities, the company has been recognized as a Community Development Entity (CDE) by the United States Department of Treasury for counties located in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and several cities in New Jersey. A CDE is a domestic corporation or partnership that is an intermediary vehicle for the provision of loans, investments, or financial counseling in Low-Income Communities (LICs). Tresbri as a certified CDE has the ability to apply to the CDFI Fund to receive New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocations to offer its investors in exchange for equity investments in the CDE and/or its subsidiaries; or to receive loans or investments from other CDEs that have received NMTC allocations. As your community partner, Tresbri can work with the community to structure your development initiative for financing and assist in bringing additional equity to your projects.
An innovative results-driven business leader with a proven residential/commercial real estate, development consulting and project/construction administration track record. Capabilities include adding value to real estate projects and reaching clients long-term goals. Real estate development projects range in size from $500K to $20M. Ms. Bridget Jones has secured over $20 million in public/private financing for residential/commercial mixed-use real estate development projects.
As a key principal in the firm, Ms. Jones’ primary responsibilities include managing the entire development process from acquisitions, financing, construction, marketing and sales to settlement and occupancy. She takes an active role in working with the community in conducting due diligence, research and preparation of market and feasibility studies. She negotiates contracts, options or leases to gain site control; determine methodology for site control and process; prepares grant applications and financing proposals; negotiates terms with lenders; develop financial models, including development and operating pro formas, budgets and operating statements;coordinates with federal, state and local government agencies; coordinate preparation and review of documents to reach closing with financial institutions, including public and private lenders and equity investors; negotiate contracts with partners, consultants, designers and contractors, including development agreements, architecture and engineering agreements and construction contracts; works closely with construction managers, design professionals and contractors to monitor and ensure quality construction and compliance with plans and specifications; work with all parties to reach construction completion for timely settlements and occupancy. She is a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, State Certified General Appraiser and She attended Duquesne University located in Pennsylvania where she majored in Accounting and Finance. Other key staff support people at TDC include a staff architect, engineer, project managers and a certified planner.
